Full-Stack Software Engineer – New Grad

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with delivery leads, engineers, and UX designers to implement real-world deployments.

• Develop comprehensive full-stack features for state governments and public sector partners, with support from senior engineers.

• Convert customer requirements into technical solutions and systems ready for production.

• Create backend services and web applications that comply with public-sector standards for security, privacy, and accessibility.

• Contribute to codebases that span backend, mobile, and web environments.

• Engage in customer deployments and gain insight into the complete software delivery lifecycle.

• Work with open identity standards and focus on privacy-centered engineering practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a similar field (recent graduates are encouraged to apply).

• Basic experience in backend development using a statically typed language such as Rust, Go, C#, or Java; relevant coursework, internships, or personal projects are considered.

• Proven ability to learn rapidly and collaborate effectively.

• Excellent communication skills and a genuine interest in engaging with customers and stakeholders.

• A strong appreciation for open-source software, clean coding practices, and thoughtful engineering.

• Must be based in the U.S. or willing to relocate without visa assistance; TN status is acceptable.
