Full Stack Software Engineer – .NET, C# & React

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina, +16 more countries.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications utilizing .NET (C#) and React/JavaScript.

• Create responsive front-end experiences and dependable back-end services.

• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs along with third-party services.

• Utilize AI coding assistants and agentic workflows throughout the development lifecycle.

• Review, debug, test, and validate AI-generated code to guarantee quality, security, and maintainability.

• Collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams to conceive and deliver new features.

• Engage in code reviews and adhere to established development standards.

• Diagnose technical issues and enhance application performance.

• Maintain technical documentation and contribute to initiatives for continuous improvement.

• Keep abreast of emerging technologies, development practices, and AI-powered engineering tools.

• Complete a recorded screening questionnaire, a one-hour technical exercise, and several interviews as part of the recruitment process.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of professional experience in full-stack software development.

• Strong expertise in .NET (C#) and experience in developing back-end applications.

• Solid front-end development capabilities with React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

• Hands-on professional experience utilizing AI coding assistants and/or agentic development tools to build, debug, and enhance software.

• Experience in designing and integrating RESTful APIs.

• Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases and data modeling.

• Proficiency in Git and version control workflows.

• Understanding of best practices in web application security.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work independently.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to adapt to new technologies and continuously enhance technical skills.

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience) is preferred.

• Experience in customizing AI development workflows, including custom prompts, tool integrations, or multi-agent systems is preferred.

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is preferred.

• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, or other containerization technologies is preferred.

• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices is preferred.

• Candidates must provide 2–3 professional references from former supervisors, managers, or team leaders prior to the formal offer being issued.
