Full-Stack Software Engineer II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Design and sustain Java application code

• Assist in Salesforce configuration and development tasks within the designated team

• Conduct testing and resolve issues across the application environment

• Engage in agile sprint planning and execution

• Collaborate with fellow engineers

• Utilize Git and take part in peer review processes

• Maintain documentation of pertinent code and configuration modifications

• Contribute to the PhoenixTeam’s Federal Housing Administration (FHA) initiative utilizing Java, Salesforce, AWS microservices, and PostgreSQL

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of relevant experience; or a master's degree with 5+ years; or an associate degree with 9+ years

• Practical experience in Java software development

• Direct experience in Salesforce configuration or development

• Must be able to successfully pass the background investigation required for a Public Trust position and obtain a favorable suitability determination

• Salesforce development experience that goes beyond configuration

• Experience working within AWS environments

• Proficient in using Git and engaging in peer code reviews

• Experience in supporting federal programs or working within mortgage or related sectors

• Prior experience with federal background investigations or clearance processes
