Full Stack Software Engineer

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain software applications, services, and integrations throughout the customer engagement ecosystem.

• Create and enhance personalized customer experiences and profiling capabilities.

• Develop and support backend systems that manage customer data flows between various platforms and services.

• Collaborate with Iterable to provide scalable email and customer communication solutions.

• Work closely with product, engineering, and business teams to comprehend requirements and deliver technical solutions.

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve software and system-related issues.

• Contribute to engineering best practices, automation, code quality, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Engage in code reviews and knowledge-sharing activities.

• Investigate AI-powered tools and emerging technologies to enhance engineering effectiveness and improve customer outcomes.

• Practical experience in software development within contemporary engineering environments.

• Proficient JavaScript development skills with experience in building full-stack applications.

• Experience in developing, integrating, and maintaining APIs, services, and backend systems.

• Familiarity with software design principles and engineering best practices.

• Experience with source control, automated testing, and CI/CD methodologies.

• Understanding of secure coding practices, software quality, and operational reliability.

• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in complex systems.

• Ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams.

• Experience in contributing to code reviews, shared codebases, and engineering standards.

• Enthusiasm for continuous learning and the development of technical expertise.

• Experience with Python.

• Familiarity with customer engagement, marketing automation, or personalization platforms.

• Knowledge of Iterable or similar customer communication platforms.

• Exposure to cloud-based services and modern engineering tools.

• Experience in exploring or implementing AI-powered tools within software development workflows.

• A degree, diploma, or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred, but alternative pathways with relevant project work, technical skills, and hands-on engineering experience are also considered.
