Full Stack Software Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Estonia.

📋 Description

• Develop a dual-sided web application featuring an internal admin dashboard for managing campaigns and a self-service portal for creators to access statistics and challenges.

• Design large-scale data collection systems utilizing web scraping and API ingestion techniques.

• Extract metrics from platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Twitch, Kick, and TikTok.

• Oversee proxy rotation, rate-limiting, and failure recovery to ensure seamless data mining operations.

• Incorporate third-party services for automated generation and hosting of legal documents, including DocuSign and Documenso.

• Establish an AI-driven helpdesk using LLM integration to support influencers navigating the portal.

• Act as the inaugural dedicated technical hire, taking full ownership of technical architecture, cloud deployment, and system reliability.

• Create a proprietary influencer relationship and discovery platform tailored for the e-gaming industry, encompassing creator workflows, legal workflows, and creator data pipelines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in developing scalable web applications.

• Full-stack expertise with modern frameworks, such as React/Next.js for the frontend and Node.js and/or Python for the backend.

• Proven proficiency in automated web scrapers, managing proxies, and circumventing basic bot protections.

• Strong skills in relational database architecture, especially with PostgreSQL.

• Capability to classify and store thousands of influencer profiles based on niche, metrics, and location.

• Practical experience with social media Graph/Data APIs and e-signature platforms.

• Hands-on knowledge of integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) for chatbot functionality and automated data classification.

• Ability to independently lead technical architecture, cloud deployment, and system reliability initiatives.

• Experience with data collection from Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, Twitch, Kick, and TikTok is essential for this role.
