Full Stack Javascript Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• This position will deliver expertise, programming, and testing execution for the OLAS team.

• Under the guidance of the Technical Project Manager, this role will develop and maintain the Front End systems that support SPARK!’s business operations.

• Responsible for coordinating the timing and deliverables with the Technical Project Manager.

• Involved in feature design meetings and will provide valuable ideas and insights.

• Tasked with creating, aligning with the Technical Project Manager, and executing a task list throughout the project lifecycle.

• Ensures that the code produced is efficient and maintainable, adhering to best practices established by the Java Architect.

• Follows the methodology outlined in the Project Summary, obtaining agreement for any deviations with the Project Manager.

• Ensures that application code is securely handled within the Source Code Repository.

• Complies with SPARK's secure development practices.

• Performs additional related tasks as assigned by management.

• Adheres to Spark’s policies and procedures.

• Ensures compliance with Spark’s quality, privacy, security, and AI frameworks.

• Works the hours necessary to fulfill job responsibilities, with a minimum of 37.5 hours per week.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in full stack Java and JavaScript development.

• Proficiency in the Java Spring framework, Node.js, React.js, and TypeScript is essential.

• Experience with AI frameworks in code editing (e.g., cursor.com) is required.

• Some familiarity with PHP and Drupal is preferred.

• Strong analytical abilities.

• Comfortable with using and contributing to CI/CD pipelines.

• Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

• Capable of working effectively in ambiguous and dynamic situations with a high degree of autonomy.
