Full-Stack Engineer, Client Solutions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Conduct discovery calls with brokerage leaders to uncover the core business challenges.

• Develop precise specifications based on client insights.

• Quickly create prototypes utilizing AI-assisted development techniques.

• Transition prototypes into production by leveraging Rechat's APIs.

• Construct AI agents equipped with triggers, data sources, tools, actions, and error management.

• Troubleshoot and provide support for software after it has been launched.

• Recognize recurring client requirements and transform them into scalable solutions for a wider audience.

• Promote usage and ensure that delivered applications are actively utilized.

• Manage projects from start to finish, including client calls, specifications, prototyping, launching, and maintenance.

• Engage directly with brokerage executives, managers, customers, and non-technical stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience as a full-stack software engineer, with real-world applications in production.

• Proficient in Node.js and TypeScript.

• Versatile across the tech stack: APIs, data management, frontend development, and deployment processes.

• Utilize AI in daily work to demonstrate significantly enhanced development speed.

• Proven track record of collaborating with customers or non-technical individuals to transform abstract needs into tangible products.

• Experience in debugging and supporting software post-launch.

• Exceptional spoken and written English skills.

• Confident in leading discussions with a CEO.

• Background and reference checks are necessary.

• Strongly preferred: experience in developing an AI agent that utilizes LLMs to independently call tools or APIs and take actions.

• Strongly preferred: familiarity with real estate or proptech sectors.

• This is an individual contributor role, not suited for candidates looking for near-term team management opportunities.
