Full Stack Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain the Python/FastAPI backend hosted on AWS ECS Fargate.

• Enhance and refine AI-driven multi-agent workflows utilizing Amazon Bedrock and LangGraph.

• Construct and optimize RAG pipelines along with long-term semantic memory solutions.

• Develop mobile functionalities leveraging React Native, Flutter, or native iOS/Android technologies.

• Create streamlined 2D gamification and student progression features.

• Incorporate GPS/geolocation capabilities for school and class-related experiences.

• Design and manage data models across PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, and MongoDB Atlas.

• Contribute to AWS infrastructure, Terraform, and robust cloud architecture.

• Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.

• Facilitate mobile releases via Apple App Store Connect and Google Play.

• Monitor application performance utilizing New Relic, OpenTelemetry, and AWS X-Ray.

• Collaborate with product, operations, marketing, and external partners to transform concepts into accessible and reliable products.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of professional software engineering experience in developing production applications, APIs, or mobile applications.

• Proficient in Python, with a preference for FastAPI.

• Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases, including PostgreSQL, DynamoDB, or MongoDB.

• Familiarity with AWS cloud infrastructure and CI/CD automation processes.

• Strong problem-solving abilities along with effective communication and collaboration skills.

• Capable of working independently and taking initiative in a fast-paced startup setting.

• A genuine interest in accessibility, inclusion, and technology that enhances people’s lives.

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is mandatory.

• A Master’s degree is preferred.

• Preferred experience with LangGraph, LangChain, Amazon Bedrock, OpenAI, React Native, Flutter, Swift, Kotlin, RAG, vector databases, AI/LLM applications, AWS ECS Fargate, Terraform, MongoDB Atlas Vector Search, Google OR-Tools / CP-SAT, mobile application deployment, observability, and distributed systems.

• Must be able to work within the EST time zone.
