Full Stack Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and test comprehensive features aimed at enhancing the driver experience.

• Create APIs and services that support RoadieXD, geospatial functionalities, and various platform domains.

• Construct tools for both internal use and customer-facing applications, primarily utilizing React, to facilitate operational scaling.

• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Operations teams to tackle intricate logistics challenges and deliver impactful features.

• Participate in architectural and technical design decisions to enhance scalability, reliability, and overall performance.

• Produce clean and maintainable code, supported by automated testing, code reviews, and contemporary engineering methodologies.

• Enhance existing systems through improvements in performance, developer experience, and maintainability.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of professional experience in software engineering, focusing on building and deploying production applications.

• Proven experience in developing scalable systems and APIs within production environments.

• Proficient in at least one backend programming language, such as Go, Ruby, Java, C#, or Python.

• Familiarity with a modern frontend framework, preferably React.

• Demonstrated success in creating reliable, maintainable, and thoroughly tested software.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and adeptness at navigating complex technical issues.

• Strong technical judgment to balance immediate requirements with long-term maintainability.

• Effective communication and collaboration skills across Engineering, Product, and other departments.

• Curiosity, a sense of ownership, and the capability to quickly learn new technologies.
