Full Stack Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Rebuild and sustain a comprehensive full-stack web application encompassing both frontend and backend.

• Engage in technical discussions, conduct code reviews, and contribute to solution design.

• Take ownership of planning and feature development for the Next.js/Node.js/Python platform.

• Be accountable for ensuring solution quality and timely delivery.

• Utilize advanced hands-on skills in Next.js and TypeScript to create production-ready code.

• Collaborate across backend data-processing services and PostgreSQL databases.

• Maintain and enhance swift, dependable, automated CI/CD pipelines.

• Implement or oversee observability via logging, monitoring, and tracing.

• Employ contemporary unit, integration, and end-to-end testing methodologies.

• Leverage AI coding assistants to boost development efficiency while upholding production-level standards.

• Make informed technical recommendations and align technical priorities with business objectives.

• Work alongside engineers and clients to articulate complex technical concepts.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5+ years of experience as a full-stack engineer with modern web applications.

• Expert-level hands-on proficiency with Next.js, React, and TypeScript.

• Extensive experience with PostgreSQL and contemporary ORMs, particularly Prisma.

• Familiarity with type-safe APIs such as tRPC.

• Experience with monorepo architectures like Turborepo or Nx.

• Knowledge of React state management, including Tanstack Query and Zustand.

• Proven ability to work effectively with AI coding agents.

• Strong grasp of modern unit, integration, and end-to-end testing strategies.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Capability to clearly communicate complex technical ideas to both engineers and clients.

• Ability to work autonomously, take proactive ownership of outcomes, and contribute to a small, cohesive team.

• Familiarity with Tailwind CSS and modern component libraries such as shadcn/ui is a plus.

• Experience with form libraries like React Hook Form is an advantage.

• Understanding of background job systems such as Trigger.dev is a plus.

• Experience with E2E testing frameworks is beneficial.

• Knowledge and experience with DevOps principles and CI/CD pipelines is advantageous.

• Experience in implementing or managing observability tools, including logging, monitoring, and tracing, is helpful.

• Familiarity with authentication systems is a bonus.

• Experience in a consulting or professional services environment is a plus.

• Previous exposure to AI, ML, or data-driven platforms is an advantage.

• Familiarity with distributed teams and cross-timezone collaboration is a plus.
