Full-stack Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Provide support to an external software development organization as a member of Inviso’s delivery team.

• Create customer-facing and administrative experiences for an enterprise AI platform.

• Develop admin consoles, delegated-admin experiences, self-service builder interfaces, APIs, and accompanying services.

• Engage with the complete stack, which includes user interfaces, front-end architecture, backend integration, and service functionality.

• Take ownership of features from identifying customer issues to final production delivery.

• Collaborate intensively with product, design, platform engineering, and client stakeholders.

• Ensure the delivery of user-friendly, reliable, high-performance, accessible, and scalable customer-facing and admin experiences.

• Convert intricate platform capabilities into actionable user experiences.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in developing complex production web applications for both front end and backend.

• Strong proficiency in modern front-end development, TypeScript, APIs, and service integration.

• Experience in creating admin consoles, B2B applications, delegated-admin workflows, self-service builder experiences, or data-intensive interfaces.

• Capability to design user-friendly interfaces for complex workflows, configuration scenarios, operational tools, or platform functionalities.

• Experience with deep integration into platform APIs and managing the entire request flow from UI to backend.

• Background in ensuring quality through automated testing, accessibility, performance, regression verification, and production support.

• Ability to work closely with product and design teams to validate workflows with customers and iterate efficiently.

• Strong foundation in software engineering and maintainability of clean front-end and backend patterns.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills suited for client-facing consulting settings.

• Pragmatic approach with the ability to deliver valuable customer-facing features while upholding quality standards.

• Experience with TypeScript, React or similar frameworks, C#/.NET, API design, and cloud application development.

• Familiarity with design systems, accessibility standards, component libraries, or enterprise UX patterns.

• Knowledge of AI-enabled products, practices in the AI development lifecycle, administrative tools for AI platforms, or self-service configuration experiences.

• Experience with enterprise-scale SaaS, platform products, or software utilized across various products or customer environments.

• Familiarity with automated QA frameworks, quality gates, and performance testing.

• Experience using AI-assisted development tools while maintaining rigorous review, testing, and product quality standards.
