Full-Stack Engineer, AI Platform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Create and develop interfaces that enable business teams to set up agents, review tasks, approve or amend actions, and gain insights into events and their causes.

• Establish observability and evaluation tools to clarify agent behaviors, highlighting successes, failures, and the impacts of modifications.

• Engage with the entire technology stack, from React and TypeScript through service logic and data models, taking ownership of features from conception to testing, launch, and ongoing iteration.

• Collaborate closely with business teams to convert ambiguous operational challenges into functional software solutions.

• Manage the complete work lifecycle, which includes monitoring and improving processes after launch.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in professional software engineering.

• Strong frontend development expertise with React and TypeScript, particularly in handling complex application states and data-rich interfaces.

• Robust backend engineering skills; familiarity with Go, PHP, and Python, along with the capability to learn new programming languages.

• Understanding of both relational and non-relational databases, such as Postgres and DynamoDB.

• Sound product judgment to evaluate workflows, determine development priorities, and identify features to exclude.

• A keen interest in non-deterministic systems, uncertainty, partial failures, and designing for human intervention.

• Capability to navigate through ambiguity, bridge knowledge gaps, and achieve results in a dynamic environment.
