Full-Stack Engineer – AI Automation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Convert client needs and Statements of Work into effective AI and software solutions.

• Independently assess business challenges and identify the most suitable technical approaches.

• Create functional prototypes and foundational solutions for future production.

• Develop workflows powered by AI that streamline repetitive business tasks.

• Integrate various software, platforms, databases, and APIs.

• Construct front-end, back-end, database, and dashboard components as necessary.

• Utilize ChatGPT, Claude, automation platforms, and LLMs to enhance and refine solutions.

• Collaborate with Zapier, n8n, MCP, and engage in browser automation.

• Connect or automate legacy systems and those with limited APIs.

• Investigate new technologies and methodologies as required.

• Test, troubleshoot, and consistently enhance functionality.

• Document workflows, technical decisions, modifications, and processes for effective handover.

• Develop reusable solutions that can be adjusted, repackaged, or white-labelled.

• Work alongside Elliot, the broader consulting team, and the client's senior technology partner.

• Communicate effectively and stay responsive as requirements evolve.

• Take ownership of projects from initial problem-solving through to working prototype and handover.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years in full-stack software engineering.

• Significant experience in developing AI-driven applications, automations, or workflows is preferred.

• Strong grasp of LLMs with hands-on experience using ChatGPT and Claude.

• Proven track record in creating AI automation solutions for businesses or professional services firms.

• Experience in integrating software systems via APIs and other methods.

• Proficient in databases and back-end development.

• Familiarity with front-end development and constructing functional dashboards or interfaces.

• Experience with automation platforms like Zapier, n8n, or similar tools.

• Exposure to AI agents, AI skills, MCP servers, or advanced AI workflows.

• Proven ability to use browser automation for system connection or automation.

• Comfortable working with MCP, browser automation, or related technologies.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and a knack for independent research to find solutions.

• Capable of translating business needs into technical solutions without detailed instructions.

• Adaptable to various technologies and client systems.

• Excellent attention to detail, testing, and documentation skills.

• Exceptional written and spoken English proficiency.

• Ability to comprehend complex business needs and communicate effectively with US-based stakeholders.

• High levels of ownership, integrity, and accountability.

• Capable of working independently and collaborating effectively.
