Full Stack Engineer – AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Taiwan.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the complete development process for product features, covering both frontend and backend components.

• Incorporate popular AI coding tools such as Cursor, Copilot, and Claude Code into daily operations.

• Convert product specifications into implementations while minimizing friction between frontend and backend teams.

• Serve as a full stack 'seed' within the team, advocating for full stack methodologies and guiding colleagues.

• Assist in scaling AI-enhanced development throughout the organization.

• Identify and address efficiency hurdles in cross-team collaboration, suggesting enhancements to product, design, and engineering workflows.

• Participate in the complete product lifecycle, from ideation and design to deployment and iteration.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree or higher; a major in Computer Science or a related field in AI is preferred.

• 1–5 years of relevant professional experience.

• Strong foundation in at least one backend programming language, such as Java or Golang.

• Expertise in Node.js and React.

• Proven experience managing end-to-end production projects, rather than solely personal side projects.

• Familiarity with database design, data modeling, and essential backend principles.

• Highly skilled with popular AI coding tools like Cursor, Copilot, Claude Code, or similar technologies.

• Capable of articulating requirements and constraints to AI tools, as well as reviewing, validating, and correcting AI-generated code.

• Self-motivated and proactive in identifying tasks.

• Possess a product and operational mindset; adept at transforming abstract ideas into clear specifications.

• Interest in understanding how other teams operate and a willingness to propose improvements.

• Strong logical reasoning and communication abilities; a passion for learning new technologies.

• For candidates with a frontend background: deep expertise in React, including component architecture, reuse boundaries, and state management; familiarity with modern frontend infrastructure such as build tools, TypeScript type engineering, automated testing; understanding of rendering strategies and performance systems.

• For candidates with a backend background: experience in high-concurrency programming; knowledge of threading models, locking mechanisms, and asynchronous programming; familiarity with message queues like Kafka or RabbitMQ; understanding of asynchronous decoupling and eventual consistency; fundamentals of distributed systems, including service discovery, circuit breaking, rate limiting, and load balancing.
