Full-Stack Engineer – Agentic Development Platform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain components of a high-quality agentic development ecosystem utilizing Kiro or comparable platforms.

• Execute multi-agent workflows for the generation of requirements, design, code, testing, and documentation.

• Contribute to scalable development methodologies and reusable application-delivery frameworks.

• Collaborate with Product and Design teams to create MVPs and proof of concept projects.

• Transform business requirements and natural-language inputs into user stories, technical designs, UI prototypes, and functional applications.

• Establish and maintain application templates, starter kits, Angular component libraries, NestJS/Node.js service frameworks, and workflows for AI agents and prompt libraries.

• Advocate for and implement consistent architecture and coding standards across various teams.

• Produce clean, tested, and well-documented code while engaging in code review processes.

• Incorporate LLM-based tools into the software delivery lifecycle, specifically within CI/CD pipelines.

• Assess AI-generated outputs for accuracy, security, and maintainability; refine prompts and workflows as necessary.

• Facilitate the adoption of AI-native development methodologies within Product, Design, and Engineering teams.

• Assist in the implementation of governance, security, quality controls, and validation protocols for AI-generated assets.

• Engage in workshops, demonstrations, and documentation efforts.

• Mentor mid-level and junior developers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of professional experience in full-stack development.

• Strong practical knowledge of NestJS, TypeScript, and Angular.

• Comprehensive understanding of software architecture, REST/GraphQL APIs, microservices, and cloud-native application development.

• Experience in building or contributing to developer platforms, internal tools, accelerators, or platform engineering solutions.

• Proven history of delivering rapid prototypes, MVPs, or innovative initiatives.

• Working knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps methodologies, and automated testing frameworks, including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.

• Ability to collaborate effectively with Product, Design, and Engineering stakeholders and convey technical concepts clearly.

• Hands-on experience with AI coding tools, agentic AI platforms, or multi-agent frameworks.

• Experience with Kiro is preferred.

• Familiarity with LLMs, prompt engineering, MCP architectures, or AI orchestration platforms is preferred.

• Background in Developer Experience, Platform Engineering, or Internal Developer Platforms is preferred.

• Experience in building or contributing to enterprise design systems and reusable UI libraries is preferred.

• Experience mentoring engineers or participating in AI adoption and innovation initiatives is preferred.

• Willingness to work from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm local time to align with US hours.
