Full-Stack DevSecOps Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and enhance the end-user desktop experience across Azure Virtual Desktop, Citrix Workspace, Intune, Amazon WorkSpaces, Microsoft 365, and specialized business applications.

• Support and optimize cloud infrastructure, including Linux servers, networking, identity management, and access controls within Microsoft Azure.

• Troubleshoot and enhance internally supported applications developed using Python, Node.js, Java, or similar technologies.

• Integrate security measures at every stage of delivery through vulnerability management, secrets management, access hardening, logging, and audit readiness.

• Engage in monitoring, incident response, and participate in a shared follow-the-sun on-call rotation.

• Collaborate with global colleagues to provide reliable, secure, and scalable technology solutions.

• Lead AI-assisted development, validate outcomes, and ensure solutions adhere to CQ fluency quality standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in DevOps, Systems Administration, Infrastructure Engineering, IT Operations, or a comparable technical role.

• Proficient in Linux administration, especially within Ubuntu environments.

• Experience in supporting Microsoft Azure and Windows desktop technologies, including Azure Virtual Desktop, Intune, Entra ID/Active Directory, and PowerShell.

• Capability to troubleshoot and enhance applications developed using Python, Node.js, Java, or similar technologies.

• Familiarity with infrastructure automation and system orchestration.

• Knowledge of security best practices, including vulnerability management, identity and access management, and secrets management.

• Willingness to take part in an on-call rotation to support a global organization.

• Exceptional analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or other regulated industries (HIPAA, SOC 2) is advantageous.

• Preferred experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or modern container platforms.
