Full Stack Development Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Create and maintain comprehensive full-stack solutions utilizing PHP and/or JavaScript for backend development with Laravel and NestJS, alongside HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, and Vue.js for frontend development;

• Engage in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from analyzing requirements to implementation, testing, and deployment;

• Build and enhance integrations among systems, APIs, and services;

• Sustain and improve applications by diagnosing issues and applying best practices for security, performance, and scalability;

• Involve in code reviews, perform testing, and document features and technical decisions;

• Work collaboratively with Product, Design, and other teams to convert business requirements into technical solutions;

• Share expertise and best practices, participate in technical discussions, and engage in pair programming;

• Stay updated with emerging technologies, pinpoint process enhancements, and contribute to initiatives that align with the company's strategic goals.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree completed or currently pursuing in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Systems Analysis and Development, or a related field;

• 2–4 years of experience in systems development;

• Proficiency in full-stack development with PHP and/or JavaScript, HTML, CSS, modern frameworks, relational databases, Git, and web security best practices;

• Familiarity with the software development lifecycle, from comprehending requirements to deployment;

• Strong communication and collaboration abilities to share information, align expectations, exchange knowledge, and collaboratively build solutions;

• Proactive and independent in identifying opportunities, anticipating needs, seeking solutions, and taking ownership of deliverables;

• Excellent organization and prioritization skills to responsibly manage demands and maintain predictability around deadlines and deliverables;

• Critical thinking skills to analyze situations, consider various perspectives, ask necessary questions, and suggest improvements;

• Adaptability and a commitment to ongoing learning to navigate change, new contexts, and ambiguity;

• Maturity to constructively handle pressure, disagreements, and feedback;

• Business acumen to understand how your work impacts customers, the product, and the company's objectives.
