Full-Stack Developer – Trainee

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Contribute to the creation of a new platform for one of our major clients.

• Assist the team with daily operations, aiding in the execution and oversight of projects and tasks.

• Engage in strategic projects and initiatives aimed at process enhancement.

• Perform analyses, collect information, and create reports and presentations to facilitate decision-making.

• Track performance indicators and assist in uncovering areas for improvement.

• Work collaboratively with various departments to develop a comprehensive understanding of the business.

• Participate in meetings, training sessions, and development programs included in the trainee journey.

• Aid in the development, review, and documentation of internal processes and procedures.

• Suggest solutions and enhancements based on analyses, best practices, and knowledge acquired during the program.

• Gradually take on more responsibilities as technical and interpersonal skills progress.

• Contribute to the team's deadlines, targets, and objectives while ensuring organization and quality in deliverables.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in Java 8 or higher.

• Knowledge of Python.

• Experience with Spring Boot.

• Understanding of REST API development.

• Basic knowledge of object-oriented programming.

• Fundamental understanding of databases and SQL.

• Familiarity with Git and version control systems.

• Enthusiasm for learning new technologies and software development best practices.

• Previous involvement in academic or professional projects related to the technologies and practices mentioned above.
