Full-Stack Developer, Specialist I – Corporate Solutions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop, test, and refine MVPs and applications for internal employee-journey products.

• Assess and implement integrations among corporate platforms, satellite HR systems, and APIs.

• Analyze and recommend practical architectural scenarios to validate hypotheses prior to transferring them to engineering teams.

• Write clean, maintainable, and functional code while ensuring a balance between speed and quality.

• Engage in technical discussions and refine requirements within the Experimentation Squad.

• Assist in selecting technologies and methods for new products.

• Document architectural frameworks and share insights through the repository/Git.

• Conduct knowledge transfer sessions to support and rollout teams.

• Integrate satellite systems, ERPs, and HR/ServiceNow platforms.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in backend and/or full-stack development.

• Proficiency with Node.js, Kotlin, Java, and/or React.

• A pragmatic and adaptable mindset, focused on delivering value promptly and validating MVPs.

• Capability to evaluate architectural scenarios, balancing development effort with maintenance and support ease.

• Strong expertise in building and integrating APIs, microservices, and utilizing RESTful endpoints.

• Excellent communication, teamwork, and collaborative skills.

• Prior experience with ServiceNow is advantageous.

• Background in solutions for internal HR journeys/products or Corporate Solutions is a bonus.

• Experience in experimentation, innovation, or rapid product validation teams is a plus.
