Full-Stack Developer, Python/Java/React

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Croatia.

📋 Description

• Develop, enhance, and sustain essential features across the entire technology stack;

• Create and optimize both the primary application of the company and the internal Admin Interfaces;

• Execute high-fidelity UI/UX, guaranteeing precise replication of product designs;

• Work in close collaboration with Product Managers and Designers;

• Partner closely with another developer and the Quality Assurance team;

• Design and uphold crucial and secure back-end logic and infrastructure;

• Take charge of maintaining and updating the company's marketing website;

• Utilize AI tools effectively to speed up the development process.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of demonstrated experience as a Full-Stack Developer;

• Extensive and substantial experience with React (Next.js experience is advantageous);

• Hands-on experience with Python and Java;

• Proficient in English (B2 level or higher), both written and verbal;

• Proven capability to deliver pixel-perfect UI, with a keen attention to detail;

• Practical experience in maintaining and customizing WordPress;

• Excellent team collaborator with a solid track record;

• A growth-oriented mindset with the ability to adapt swiftly.
