Full Stack Developer, Python, React

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Design, create, and execute large-scale distributed systems capable of managing substantial data volumes.

• Develop scalable backend services and microservices utilizing Python.

• Create and integrate REST and GraphQL APIs.

• Implement responsive frontend features using React.

• Establish event-driven solutions to enhance scalability and improve system performance.

• Conduct and execute unit, API, regression, and performance testing.

• Optimize applications for scalability, reliability, and minimal latency.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to diagnose and resolve production incidents.

• Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to technical decision-making processes.

• Create modern distributed systems and customer-centric web applications for a large-scale pet products E-commerce marketplace.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of software development experience with object-oriented programming languages, particularly Python.

• Significant backend development expertise in Python.

• Proven experience in building scalable distributed systems and microservices.

• Practical knowledge of REST and GraphQL APIs.

• Strong grasp of OOP principles, design patterns, algorithms, and data structures.

• Commercial experience using React.

• Hands-on experience in Linux/Unix environments.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.

• Experience with both relational and NoSQL databases, including HBase, Cassandra, MongoDB, and Redshift.

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of distributed teams.

• Upper-Intermediate English proficiency or higher.

• Experience with high-load E-commerce platforms.

• Understanding of event-driven architecture patterns.

• Experience with performance optimization and observability tools.

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps methodologies.

• Experience supporting production environments with high availability requirements.
