Full-Stack Developer – Flutter, Node.js – Specialist I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Architect the design and lead the technological advancement of both the mobile product and backend systems.

• Guarantee scalability, security, and optimal performance, including offline-first capabilities and intricate data synchronization.

• Collaborate with the Product team as a technical partner during the initial concept phases, converting business needs into technical solutions.

• Act as the technical reference for the team through code reviews, sharing knowledge, and maintaining architectural documentation (ADRs).

• Spearhead the investigation and resolution of critical production issues.

• Set standards for observability and monitoring.

• Facilitate technical alignment across functions and negotiate integrations with other engineering teams.

• Establish and maintain coding standards, adhering to Clean Code, Clean Architecture, and SOLID principles.

• Suggest and execute enhancements to CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous and secure delivery.

• Contribute to the Inventário GB app, which integrates with the GB Back Office, focusing on offline functionality and barcode scanning, prioritizing performance and user experience in physical retail settings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced and demonstrable experience in full-stack development.

• Strong architectural expertise in constructing complex mobile applications using Flutter.

• Advanced proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript (Node.js).

• Familiarity with microservices and RESTful/event-driven APIs.

• Strong understanding of both local and remote data persistence, relational databases, and NoSQL.

• Expertise in network state synchronization and offline-first architecture.

• Extensive experience with Firebase, including Firestore, App Distribution, and Functions.

• Knowledge of cloud architecture on AWS and GCP.

• Advanced experience in automated testing.

• Strong knowledge of CI/CD utilizing GitHub Actions and version control with Git.

• Experience with native and hardware integrations, such as barcode scanning, Bluetooth, and infrared, is a plus.
