Full Stack Developer – Cloud Native Platform, Digital Solutions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, create, and sustain modern web applications utilizing both front-end and back-end technologies.

• Develop responsive, user-friendly interfaces leveraging contemporary JavaScript frameworks.

• Create scalable APIs and backend services tailored for enterprise applications.

• Integrate applications with both internal and external systems.

• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to analyze requirements and convert them into software solutions.

• Engage in architecture discussions and technical design meetings.

• Conduct peer code reviews and contribute to best practices in engineering.

• Design and develop cloud-native applications by employing modern architectural principles.

• Implement solutions based on microservices architecture.

• Construct containerized applications and cloud-hosted services on platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.

• Ensure designs are optimized for high availability, resilience, and operational efficiency.

• Utilize serverless computing patterns where applicable.

• Design and execute RESTful APIs and service integrations.

• Enforce API governance along with performance and security standards.

• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines.

• Practice Infrastructure as Code methodologies.

• Automate processes for building, testing, releasing, and deploying applications.

• Assist in cloud infrastructure provisioning and lifecycle management.

• Incorporate security best practices throughout the development lifecycle.

• Perform testing, debugging, and issue resolution, covering both functional and non-functional testing.

• Monitor and enhance application performance, focusing on caching and load balancing.

• Prepare technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and implementation guides.

• Offer technical guidance and support to project teams and stakeholders.

• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and propose enhancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum of five (5) years of professional experience in Full Stack Development.

• Demonstrated experience in designing and building scalable cloud-native applications.

• Strong background in delivering secure, high-quality software solutions within enterprise environments.

• Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and either React or Angular.

• Significant backend development experience with Node.js, Python, or Java.

• Experience in developing RESTful APIs and backend services.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).

• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, containerized applications, and serverless computing.

• Solid understanding of SQL databases, NoSQL databases, and Cosmos DB.

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and Infrastructure as Code practices.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.

• Must reside outside the Philippines.

• Must be available to work from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Manila Time (GMT+8).

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field (preferred).

• Experience with microservices architectures, Agile methodologies, testing activities, enterprise digital transformation, scalable distributed systems, mentoring, cloud governance, security frameworks, compliance requirements, and international multicultural environments (preferred qualifications).
