This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Design, construct, and sustain scalable backend services and core platform systems using Go and NodeJS/TS.

• Conceptualize and deliver production-quality AI/LLM integrations, intelligent functionalities, and internal tools.

• Create user-friendly, responsive React interfaces for comprehensive end-to-end experiences.

• Utilize AI tools and agents, including Cursor, Claude, and GitHub Copilot, for coding, testing, and system architecture.

• Work collaboratively with team members to evaluate architectural risks, estimate project timelines, and enhance system efficiency.

• Complete the hiring process, which includes an HR interview, a take-home challenge, a technical interview, and a final interview.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of professional experience in building and maintaining large-scale production systems.

• More than 3 years of production experience with Go/NodeJS/TS on the backend, or substantial production experience with another backend language such as Java or C#.

• Practical experience in developing AI/LLM-powered product features, including RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, LLM API integrations, or prompt-driven functionalities.

• Proficient in React or a comparable modern UI framework.

• Comfortable navigating between frontend and backend code.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms and essential services, such as AWS or GCP.

• Experienced with at least two of MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or other NoSQL databases, alongside Redis.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Nice-to-have: broader experience in ML/data science beyond LLM-based features.

• Nice-to-have: familiarity with fine-tuning models or using model evaluation/observability tools and building harnesses.

• Nice-to-have: previous contributions to open-source projects or libraries.
