Full Stack Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Oversee customer integrations from start to finish, encompassing scoping, technical design, implementation, testing, go-live, and ongoing maintenance.

• Collaborate directly with customers and partners during technical discussions to comprehend their systems and data, delivering effective solutions.

• Offer technical support by addressing integration inquiries, investigating and resolving issues, and ensuring dependable integrations.

• Develop and maintain integrations with external APIs and systems, including PMS platforms, open banking, and payment providers.

• Conduct data mapping, transformation, and validation.

• Design and create backend services, APIs, and data flows within a microservices architecture for high-scale usage.

• Enhance integration infrastructure for quicker and more reliable customer onboarding, as well as monitoring and alerting.

• Take ownership of features from concept to production, including frontend development.

• Write high-quality, testable code, including unit and integration tests.

• Execute code reviews and collaborate with developers, product managers, customer success teams, and external stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience with server-side technologies such as Node.js, Python, Java, or C#.

• At least 2 years of experience with client-side technologies like Vue.js, React, or Angular.

• Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing integrations with third-party APIs and external systems.

• Customer-facing experience working directly with clients' technical teams.

• Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.

• Experience with relational databases such as MySQL and PostgreSQL.

• Familiarity with NoSQL databases like MongoDB, Cassandra, and Elasticsearch.

• Proven experience in building Dockerized services.

• Knowledge of cloud DevOps, preferably AWS.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science/engineering or equivalent experience.

• Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficient in written and spoken English.

• Experience with PMS/real estate systems is a plus.

• Familiarity with microservice architecture is advantageous.

• Understanding of CQRS/event-driven design patterns is a plus.

• Experience in the finance domain is an added advantage.
