Full-Stack Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

• Develop secure, high-performance applications and services.

• Modernize and integrate legacy systems with cloud-first, full-stack solutions.

• Facilitate the complete software development lifecycle from analysis and design to implementation, testing, and deployment.

• Utilize technical expertise and architecture-level thinking in a Microsoft- and Azure-focused environment.

• Join and actively participate in the Technology Team.

• Operate within a 6 Month Fixed Term Contract.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient and versatile Full Stack Developer in a Microsoft- and Azure-based environment.

• Expertise in ASP.NET Core, including minimal APIs and middleware pipelines.

• Skilled in designing and implementing RESTful APIs.

• Comfortable with asynchronous programming, cancellation tokens, background services, and parallelism.

• Experience with Dependency Injection, middleware, and custom service abstractions.

• Adept at structuring solutions using Domain-Driven Design (DDD) or modular, testable components.

• Strong debugging and profiling abilities.

• Extensive experience in deploying and managing Azure Function Apps, App Services, Web Apps, and API Management.

• Familiar with Azure Front Door/CDN, Storage Accounts, Blob/Table/Queue Storage, Key Vault, App Configuration, Service Bus, Event Grid, and Event Hubs.

• Capable of interpreting and designing architectures in Azure Architecture Center diagrams.

• Ability to recommend suitable Azure services based on specific problems.

• Proficient in writing and maintaining multi-stage YAML pipelines in Azure DevOps.

• Skilled in integrating unit, integration, and smoke tests into CI/CD processes.

• Understanding of ARM templates, Bicep, or Terraform is preferred but optional.

• Knowledge of and experience with deployment slots, release approvals, and feature flags.

• Strong experience with modern SPA frameworks such as React, Angular, or Blazor.

• Comfortable integrating frontends with APIs, managing authentication, and overseeing state management.

• Knowledgeable in component-based architecture, lazy loading, accessibility, and responsiveness best practices.

• Proficient in writing optimized T-SQL, views, indexes, and stored procedures.

• Experience in designing normalized and/or denormalized database schemas.

• Familiar with managing migrations using EF Core, preferably fluent in IEntityTypeConfiguration.

• Capable of interpreting query execution plans for performance tuning.

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is desirable.

• Experience in modernizing or migrating legacy systems is desirable.

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate or similar certification is desirable.

• Must physically reside in the United Kingdom.

• Must have full, independent right to work in the UK.

• Must pass DBS and financial background checks.
