Full Stack Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Create and implement user-centric features across both frontend and backend systems.

• Develop and enhance APIs and services that integrate data pipelines and product workflows.

• Convert product specifications and UX designs into maintainable code.

• Quickly prototype and iterate based on user input and experimentation outcomes.

• Design user-friendly interfaces.

• Address edge cases, implement fallbacks, and incorporate user feedback.

• Ensure optimal UI performance, accessibility, and responsiveness.

• Create backend services that manage business logic and data access.

• Integrate with internal APIs, data services, and third-party AI platforms.

• Implement secure and scalable request handling with considerations for latency and cost.

• Support feature flags, configuration, and experimentation frameworks.

• Develop automated tests for both frontend and backend components.

• Set up logging, monitoring, and basic performance tracking.

• Engage in code reviews and comply with team engineering standards.

• Assist in diagnosing and resolving production issues.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Over 4 years of experience in building full stack web applications.

• Proficient in modern frontend frameworks such as React, Vue, or similar technologies.

• Strong backend experience with at least one programming language such as Python, Node.js, Java, or Go.

• Experience in building and consuming REST or GraphQL APIs.

• Familiar with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.

• Comfortable working in an English-speaking professional setting.

• Preferred: Experience with experimentation platforms, feature flags, or A/B testing.

• Preferred: Familiarity with data pipelines or analytics tools.

• Preferred: Ability to thrive in fast-paced, iterative product teams.
