Full-Stack Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Contribute to the development of full-stack software as a member of a development team.

• Compose clear specifications, decompose requirements into verifiable plans, and establish acceptance criteria.

• Construct and oversee the context for LLMs, which includes instructions, constraints, examples, tools/MCPs, and context windows.

• Responsibly apply generative AI and agentic tools in development, ensuring human validation is included.

• Assess, validate, and rectify code generated by AI and third-party sources.

• Produce organized, testable, and high-quality code.

• Develop and sustain automated unit and/or integration tests.

• Utilize Git and collaborate through Pull Requests.

• Engage with SQL databases and data modeling.

• Participate in agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or XP.

• Potentially engage in activities such as agent and MCP/connector orchestration, evaluation and observability of AI outputs, distributed architectures, microservices, messaging, CI/CD, build and release automation, cloud technologies, Docker, and Kubernetes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in software development.

• Strong expertise in at least one of the technology stacks (.NET or React), with a proven ability to work across others with AI support.

• Spec-Driven Development as a key strength: crafting clear specifications, breaking them into verifiable plans, and defining acceptance criteria.

• Proficiency in LLM Context Engineering, including instructions, constraints, examples, tool/MCP selection, and managing context windows.

• Responsible application of generative AI and agentic tools during development, accompanied by systematic human validation.

• Critical analysis, evaluation, validation, and correction of code produced by AI and third parties.

• Capability to write high-quality, well-structured, and testable code, along with knowledge of object-oriented programming and/or design principles.

• Experience with automated unit and/or integration testing.

• Proficient in using Git for version control and collaboration through Pull Requests.

• Familiarity with SQL databases and foundational data-modeling principles.

• Experience in agile practices such as Scrum, Kanban, or XP.

• Knowledge of Python.
