Full Stack Developer – AICC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Propose and implement new platform opportunities: new types of nodes in the flow, new tools for bots, integrations with ASR, LLM, and TTS engines, enhancing dialogue quality.

• Develop the architecture: a single source of configuration, call observability, and simplify the admin interface.

• Reduce latency and improve the naturalness of conversations: interruptions, pauses, and noise handling.

• Enhance the knowledge base and RAG: search quality, accuracy of responses based on tariffs and services.

• Develop a Python service using FastAPI and asyncio that engages in real-time dialogue: audio stream, VAD, recognition, LLM with function calling, synthesis.

• Troubleshoot sound and signaling issues alongside the telephony team.

• Advance the admin backend on PostgreSQL and Redis: bot configurations with versioning, credentials, and call logs.

• Enhance the React admin panel and the visual flow editor using React Flow.

• Manage the release cycle in GitLab CI: from branch to tag and automated deployment to DEV.

• Roll out releases to the production cluster via prepared bundles and scripts, developing this automation.

• Investigate incidents on calls through logs, identify root causes, fix issues, and implement safeguards.

• Collaborate with adjacent teams: telephony, integrations, networking.

• Cover changes with tests, including eval sets for LLM responses.

• Work through Claude Code and document solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Python 3.11+, with solid experience in asyncio, FastAPI, and Pydantic v2.

• Experience with WebSockets/streaming endpoints in production.

• Production experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI/Azure OpenAI/Anthropic), including function calling and streaming responses.

• Proficiency in PostgreSQL (including JSONB) and Redis (cache/pub-sub).

• Familiarity with React 18 + TypeScript + Vite — components, hooks, forms.

• Knowledge of Linux + Docker + Docker Compose, with the ability to read logs and debug containers.

• Proficient in English — strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Willingness to work with Claude Code/coding-agent workflow (MCP, vault-driven development).

• Ability to justify technical decisions and clearly articulate advantages.

• Experience with React Flow/xyflow for node-graph editors — a plus.

• Familiarity with Zustand, TanStack Query, React Hook Form, Tailwind, Radix UI — a plus.

• Knowledge of vector search (Qdrant/pgvector) and RAG/embeddings — a plus.

• Experience with Pytest, eval-driven development for LLM (DeepEval or similar) — a plus.

• Experience with GitLab CI, OpenTelemetry/Prometheus instrumentation — a plus.

• Proficiency in Ukrainian for localization and content work — a plus.

• Knowledge of Voice/telephony: SIP, Asterisk/FreePBX, AudioSocket, PCM, codecs — an additional advantage.

• Familiarity with VAD (Silero/WebRTC), PyTorch + numpy/scipy for audio processing — an additional advantage.

• Experience with self-hosted enterprise deployments behind corporate proxies — an additional advantage.
