Full-Stack Application Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Take responsibility for product features from start to finish, encompassing design, development, deployment, and production support.

• Develop scalable applications for both frontend and backend.

• Improve and maintain a well-established production platform while ensuring a balance between speed, quality, and maintainability.

• Produce secure, clean, and thoroughly tested code.

• Create automated tests and consistently enhance software quality.

• Utilize AI development tools for implementation, debugging, testing, and code exploration.

• Investigate and resolve issues in production.

• Engage in code reviews and participate in Agile ceremonies.

• Work collaboratively with Product, Data Engineering, DevOps, Customer Success, and global Engineering teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of professional experience in Full-Stack development.

• Extensive hands-on experience with React, Node.js, PostgreSQL, and AWS.

• Proven experience in building and maintaining production applications.

• Strong understanding of frontend, backend, and API design.

• Comfortable operating in cloud environments.

• Familiarity with DevOps practices such as CI/CD, monitoring, logging, and troubleshooting.

• Experience utilizing AI coding assistants in daily development tasks.

• Strong problem-solving abilities with a capacity to work independently.

• Excellent proficiency in both written and spoken English.

• Must be based in Recife or São Paulo, or willing to relocate to one of these locations.

• CV should be submitted in English.

• Preferred: experience with Apache Spark or ClickHouse.

• Preferred: exposure to data pipelines or distributed systems.

• Preferred: experience in SaaS or product companies.

• Preferred: background in Retail, Supply Chain, Inventory Optimization, or other data-intensive B2B platforms.

• Preferred: experience in startup environments.
