This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Execute medium complexity implementations of the AI agent SaaS platform autonomously.

• Take ownership of modules and complete workflows from configuration to end-user validation.

• Participate in enterprise projects and be responsible for your own deliverables.

• Lead low to medium complexity implementations lasting 2–6 weeks.

• Configure AI agents, including RAG, domain topics, business rules, and integrations in n8n.

• Design and implement API REST integrations, webhooks, OAuth, and connectors to client systems.

• Gather technical requirements during discovery sessions and translate them into implementation specifications.

• Build proofs of concept and demos, and present them to the client.

• Conduct testing, validation, and debugging of implemented workflows, documenting results.

• Escalate out-of-scope issues with analysis and proposed solutions.

• Keep the technical documentation of assigned projects up to date.

• Collaborate with Implementations, Product, Technology, and Commercial teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in implementation, integration, or development on SaaS platforms.

• Hands-on experience building and maintaining production API integrations.

• Previous exposure to client-facing projects.

• Technical reading proficiency in English; conversational skills are desirable.

• Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, MCP, RAG, and LLMs.

• Strong experience in API integrations (REST, webhooks, OAuth).

• Familiarity with n8n or another workflow automation platform.

• Knowledge of databases and SQL queries.

• Proficiency in Python or JavaScript for scripting and custom logic.

• Understanding of JSON and XML and payload debugging.

• Debugging and troubleshooting skills for medium complexity workflows.

• Functional understanding of cloud architectures (AWS, Azure).

• Familiarity with SharePoint, Microsoft Graph, or WhatsApp Business API.

• Technical autonomy, ownership, attention to detail, clear communication, customer orientation, adaptability, interdisciplinary collaboration, and proactivity.
