Full Stack AI Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with insurance brokers, MGAs, and carriers to implement AI-driven solutions.

• Utilize modern LLMs, embeddings, and structured data pipelines to develop features like document review, entity extraction, and quote comparison.

• Quickly prototype and transition features into production based on customer requirements and feedback.

• Create reusable systems and components that can scale across various use cases and clients.

• Function across various domains, including product, infrastructure, workflow logic, or delivery.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years in ML/NLP/LLM systems, or at least 3 years in software engineering with a strong focus on applied AI.

• Expertise in Python and experience in integrating modern LLMs into products.

• Knowledge of SQL and experience with database systems.

• Capability to transform messy real-world data into actionable product functionalities.

• Strong sense of ownership and comfort with delivering solutions without a perfectly defined problem.

• Bonus points for experience with unstructured documents like PDFs or insurance policies.

• Additional bonus if you possess expertise in Postgres, React, or Python.

• Bonus if you have prior experience in early-stage startups.
