Full Cycle Recruiter – Project Based

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Manage the complete recruitment cycle (sourcing → screening → interviewing → offering → onboarding)

• Actively seek out and engage exceptional talent across various roles and sectors

• Conduct structured interviews to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit

• Develop and sustain robust, reusable talent pipelines

• Collaborate with clients to thoroughly understand their hiring requirements and provide suitable candidates

• Organize interviews across different time zones (LATAM ↔ U.S.)

• Ensure a smooth and high-quality experience for candidates

• Assist in offer negotiations and onboarding procedures

• Continually enhance recruiting strategies utilizing data, tools, and market insights

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist (LATAM experience is highly preferred)

• Strong understanding of the Colombian talent landscape

• Capability to handle multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced setting

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities

• Proactive, organized, and results-oriented approach

• Comfortable collaborating with U.S.-based clients

• Located in Colombia

• Proficient in English and Spanish (C1 level required)

• Available to work U.S. business hours (160 hrs/month)

• Possess a reliable laptop and high-speed internet connection
