This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Ensure the provision of high-quality, cost-efficient FSP services.
• Foster business expansion while nurturing customer relationships.
• Guarantee adherence to regulatory standards.
• Lead and collaborate across FSP programs to enhance operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee FSP program budgets, resource distribution, cost management, and financial reporting.
• Ensure targets related to profitability, revenue, hiring, and margins are met.
• Monitor customer contracts and pinpoint opportunities for cost savings or revenue generation.
• Provide strategic guidance to FSP management teams focused on program-level margin enhancement.
• Supervise the development and management of the workforce infrastructure that supports FSP programs.
• Spearhead strategic initiatives to establish FSP as a fundamental service offering across various functional areas.
• Create tailored and comprehensive FSP solutions to address client and emerging functional-area needs.
• Design scalable strategic frameworks and standardized methods for FSP service delivery.
• Implement cross-functional quality standards.
• Develop performance metrics and standardized reporting systems.
• Establish practices for knowledge sharing among FSP teams.
• Identify opportunities for process harmonization while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Formulate targeted business development strategies.
• Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders for the designated FSP program.
• At least 5+ years of leadership experience in FSP Data Management within a CRO environment.
• A minimum of 3 years of prior line management experience.
• Direct experience in FSP Program Leadership within the Data Management function.
• Hands-on experience with FSP Resourcing Projections, Billing, and Financial Tracking.
• Familiarity with workforce forecasting, billing procedures, and financial tracking in an FSP context.
• Thorough understanding of FSP operational requirements across various therapeutic areas.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards.
• Experience in developing and implementing FSP solutions for a range of client types.
• Capability to identify and tackle the unique challenges associated with FSP service delivery across different functional contexts.
• Insight into the specific operational needs and regulatory frameworks that govern clinical trials.
• Proven experience in building and managing cross-functional teams with expertise in multiple therapeutic areas.
