French Customer Service Advisor – Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Act as the initial point of contact for our esteemed customers

• Provide product guidance and address order-related issues

• Interact with customers via live chat, phone, email, and social media platforms

• Strive to meet departmental goals while ensuring high-quality customer interactions

• Manage product inquiries and general customer service questions

• Collaborate with colleagues and various departments to improve customer service

• Utilize ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and offer outstanding service

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and French
