French Customer Relations Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Manage incoming customer queries through phone, email, and chat.

• Assist clients by providing product details, troubleshooting, and resolving issues.

• Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure a satisfying experience.

• Follow up on customer inquiries and escalate concerns when necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Fluent in French (C1/C2) with a native accent from France, Belgium, or Switzerland.

• Proficient in English communication skills (B2).

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills.

• Must reside in mainland Portugal, excluding the islands.

• Possession of a European passport (no sponsorship or visa support available).

• Previous experience in customer service is advantageous but not required.
