French Bilingual Implementation Project Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the software implementation journey for new clients from start to finish through phone, email, and/or virtual meetings.

• Collect and document client requirements, validate project scope, and establish realistic timelines and program objectives.

• Serve as a client partner and facilitator for collaboration across departments and effective resource management.

• Assist in the implementation of additional products and integrations, including RESTful API and CRM/HRM integrations.

• Deliver comprehensive training on the Absorb LMS, tailored to each client’s specific needs and incorporating best practices and workflows.

• Oversee a project portfolio while ensuring quality and managing multiple projects concurrently.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bilingual fluency in French and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages, is required.

• A minimum of 4 years in Client Onboarding or Implementation and Project Management, software implementations, or a related field.

• Previous experience in training or software training is essential.

• Familiarity with basic online/SaaS concepts.

• Demonstrated time management capabilities.

• Project-focused mindset.

• Prior experience in LMS administration or training is preferred.

• Knowledge of the adult learning and e-learning sectors is advantageous.

• PMP certification or formal project management experience is preferred.

• Experience with data import tools is preferred.

• Must be able to pass pre-employment background screening, including a criminal record check.

• Legal authorization to work in the country of application without sponsorship is necessary.
