Freight Operations Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee international freight shipments from start to finish across air, sea, road, and rail.

• Collaborate with clients, carriers, and third-party logistics providers.

• Ensure precise shipment data is maintained on the digital platform.

• Track shipment progress and proactively manage any delays or disruptions.

• Generate and review shipping documentation, including AWBs, CMRs, Bills of Lading, Invoices, and Packing Lists.

• Provide clients with updates on shipments and proposed solutions.

• Guarantee adherence to international shipping regulations and company policies.

• Recognize opportunities to enhance operational processes and improve supply chain efficiency.

• Work alongside internal teams to address issues and elevate service quality.

• Offer insights from client operations to inform supply chain strategies.

• Report directly to the US Operations Manager.

• Knowledgeable about international trade laws, customs regulations, and freight documentation.

• Capable of tracking shipment metrics, recognizing trends, and implementing process enhancements.

• Strong client relationship management abilities.

• Keen attention to detail and commitment to data integrity.

• Experience collaborating with carriers, freight forwarders, and third-party logistics providers.

• Willingness to work the 9pm–5:00am EST night shift and possible weekends.
