Freelance Web Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain, +3 more countries.

📋 Description

• Create high-converting one-pagers, pitch-style landing pages, and straightforward marketing websites based on copy, outlines, or existing drafts.

• Adapt brand assets and social media visuals into responsive web layouts, structured components, and sections ready for developers or no-code implementation.

• Organize Figma frames, export assets, and provide detailed specifications for a production-ready handoff.

• Maintain visual consistency across interactive web pages, static PDFs, and social media materials.

• Ensure responsiveness, spacing, clarity, layout quality, and alignment with contemporary web trends prior to delivery.

• Take ownership of the aesthetic and overall feel of web-based materials for the Tendem project.

• Utilize expertise in UI/web design, layout, and visual communication to produce clean, on-brand, implementation-ready designs.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in web design, UI design, digital marketing design, or visual communications is preferred.

• A robust portfolio with a strong emphasis on landing pages, marketing websites, and product or startup one-pagers.

• Experience working from rough concepts, AI-generated drafts, or established brand systems.

• Capability to transform concepts into structured, implementation-ready web designs.

• A user-centric, conversion-focused mindset.

• Advanced proficiency in Figma for scalable, responsive web layouts, auto-layout components, and comprehensive design systems.

• Expertise in creating conversion-driven, pitch-style landing pages.

• Understanding of how to prepare, specify, and package digital assets for developers or no-code platforms such as Webflow and Framer.

• Ability to uphold brand consistency across web pages, social media materials, and pitch decks.

• A keen eye for clarity, white space, and modern web layout trends.

• Self-motivated work ethic with the ability to troubleshoot independently.

• Proficiency in English at Upper-intermediate (B2) level or higher is essential.

• The CV must include a portfolio link featuring web design examples; applications lacking a portfolio link or relevant web design cases will not be considered.
