Freelance Talent Sourcer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Source candidates for job openings designated by Talentuch

• Reach out to candidates to assess their interest, availability, and basic suitability for the role

• Arrange interviews for candidates based on the availability of interviewers’ calendars

• Follow up with candidates to ensure their attendance at scheduled interviews

• Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

• Review interview recordings and compile candidate summaries

• Note that you will not conduct interviews, present candidates to clients, communicate with clients, or negotiate job offers

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be located in Ukraine

• Proficient in written English at an intermediate level or higher

• Strong online research capabilities and effective written communication skills

• Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail

• Proficient in working with calendars, spreadsheets, an ATS, and sourcing platforms

• Candidates without prior work experience may apply if they have completed a recruiting or sourcing course and can provide a valid certificate

• A certificate is not necessary if the applicant possesses previous sourcing or recruitment experience

🏝️ Benefits

• $20 for each completed interview for junior and mid-level roles

• $30 for each completed interview for Director-level positions and above

• Monthly payments are processed through Payoneer
