Freelance Support Agent, Chinese Simplified & Traditional

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Deliver prompt, friendly, and efficient support to players through a ticketing system, and potentially via chat and email.

• Address technical issues, account inquiries, and gameplay questions.

• Elevate complex problems and collaborate with internal teams for resolution.

• Detect and report recurring player concerns while recommending enhancements.

• Keep current with knowledge of Albion Online and its associated systems.

• Stay updated on game developments and community trends.

• Provide clear, concise, and respectful support, ensuring player confidentiality and satisfaction.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in both written and spoken Chinese Simplified & Traditional.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Flexible availability to cover shifts, including evenings and weekends.

• Proven empathy, patience, and outstanding problem-solving abilities.

• Comfortable utilizing digital tools, ticketing systems, spreadsheets, and basic troubleshooting.

• Passion for online games and a sincere desire to assist the player community.

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Capable of receiving international payments.

• Applications must be submitted in English.
