This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +23 more states.
• Evaluate the marketing objectives of both internal and external teams, converting them into a precise, tailored roadmap of suggested technical solutions.
• Develop and conduct quality assurance on Sprinklr configurations to enhance platform utilization and performance.
• Offer technical expertise while investigating and resolving issues within the Sprinklr platform.
• Collaborate with end-users across Social Care, Analytics, Advertising, PR, Marketing, and various other departments.
• Produce timely, accurate, and well-organized documentation detailing Sprinklr configurations for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Actively share platform best practices and anticipate the needs of existing clients.
• Enhance Sprinklr usage and output to align with client business objectives, boost ROI through automation and efficiencies, and elevate the end-user experience.
• Technical proficiency translating into programming experience and/or management of software deployment.
• 1–2 years of experience with Sprinklr or similar platforms is advantageous.
• Completion or near completion of a BA or BS in Marketing, Technology, or a related discipline is mandatory.
• Some programming experience is preferred.
• Familiarity and proficiency in social media platforms are desired.
• Proven ability to solve problems, along with high energy, motivation, enthusiasm, and a commitment to client satisfaction and success.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Capability to create and present engaging, polished documentation.
• Minimum requirements include Windows 10 and macOS 12.X.
• Internet connection speed of at least 50 Mbps.
• Eligibility for U.S. work authorization.
• Capacity to meet project technology specifications: personal computer/phone, Windows 10 and macOS 13, 150 Mbps internet speed, and Apple Touch ID or Windows Hello camera capability.
