Freelance Recruitment Specialist, Fluent English

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina, +2 more countries.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete recruitment process from initial application to job offer.

• Supervise automated hiring workflows and intervene when a personal touch is required.

• Conduct interviews for positions adhering to the established hiring procedures.

• Evaluate candidates' communication abilities, experience, and overall suitability for the role.

• Provide comprehensive feedback on candidates who have been interviewed.

• Maintain accurate and current candidate information in the ATS.

• Engage with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience.

• Represent SupportYourApp and advocate for the company’s brand and values.

⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional communication skills in both written and spoken English (C1+).

• Proficiency with Workable ATS is essential.

• A minimum of 1−2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or as a Recruiter.

• Strong time management abilities to handle multiple open positions effectively.

• Experience in sourcing candidates through various job platforms.

• Skills in sourcing candidates.

• Friendly and approachable demeanor.

• Familiarity with AI recruiting tools (an advantage).

• Additional foreign language proficiency (a plus).
