Freelance Recruitment Specialist, Fluent English

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Algeria, +3 more countries.

📋 Description

• Oversee the entire recruitment process from application submission to job offer acceptance.

• Supervise automated hiring workflows and intervene when a personalized approach is required.

• Conduct interviews for positions that adhere to the established hiring process.

• Evaluate candidates’ communication abilities, relevant experience, and overall suitability for the position.

• Provide comprehensive feedback regarding interviewed candidates.

• Maintain accurate and current candidate information in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

• Engage with candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive experience.

• Represent SupportYourApp and advocate for the company’s brand and core values.

⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional communication skills in both written and spoken English (C1+ level).

• Proficient experience with Workable ATS is essential.

• A minimum of 1–2 years in Talent Acquisition or as a Recruiter.

• Strong time management abilities with the capacity to handle multiple open positions.

• Experience in recruiting candidates through various job platforms.

• Proficient sourcing skills.

• Friendly and approachable personality.

• Familiarity with AI recruiting tools is an advantage.

• Knowledge of any additional foreign languages is a plus.
