This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Compose job advertisements in both English and German.

• Act as the primary point of contact for inquiries from candidates and clients through Slack and email.

• Evaluate candidates through video interviews.

• Conduct preliminary interviews that emphasize core values and social competencies.

• Engage in active sourcing through LinkedIn and various other platforms.

• Enhance and develop recruitment processes.

• Utilize and implement AI tools to streamline recruiting workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• Operate efficiently, communicate effectively, and adhere to a KPI-driven approach.

• Proficiently use Notion, including workflows, templates, and process creation.

• Experienced in crafting and managing job postings within an ATS.

• Demonstrated interest in and experience with AI tools for optimizing recruitment processes.

• Strong background in screening and recruiting, covering candidate selection, evaluation, and outreach.

• Familiarity with traditional headhunting and active sourcing techniques.

• Capability to issue invoices.

• Located within the EU (ensuring GDPR compliance).

• Bilingual proficiency in German and English.

• Availability as a freelancer for about 20–30 hours each month.
