Freelance Recruiter – Perfiles TI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Chile.

📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes for various profiles within the technology sector.

• Understand the technical requirements and competencies associated with each search.

• Conduct active sourcing, hunting, and screening of IT professionals.

• Assess the experience, technical knowledge, skills, and cultural fit of applicants.

• Present candidates who meet the defined technical and professional requirements for each position.

• Adhere to response times and coverage objectives established for each search.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience of at least 2 years in recruiting and selecting IT profiles, technology, or professional services.

• Knowledge of technology profiles such as backend and frontend developers, QA, DevOps, Cloud, Data, support, infrastructure, and related roles.

• Ability to understand and communicate the technical requirements of positions.

• High autonomy, organization, proactivity, and goal-oriented mindset.

• Availability to work in a freelance capacity and manage multiple processes concurrently.
