Freelance Recruiter, High-Volume Positions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Collaborate as a Freelance Recruiter alongside the RHF Talentos team.

• Perform recruitment and selection processes for high-volume roles.

• Efficiently identify and engage potential candidates.

• Submit qualified candidate profiles on a daily basis.

• Achieve delivery service level agreements (SLAs) within a 2-day timeframe.

• Strive to meet targets and deadlines during business hours.

• Demonstrated experience in recruitment and selection, especially for high-volume roles.

• Capacity to swiftly identify and engage candidates.

• Proven track record in high-volume recruiting.

• Short turnaround time for submissions, ideally within 2 days.

• Consistent daily delivery of qualified candidate profiles.

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

• A proactive approach and a strong sense of urgency.

• Availability to work during standard business hours.

• Capability to meet targets and deadlines effectively.

• Must possess an active company registration number (CNPJ) for invoice issuance.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration is required.
