Freelance Recruiter – Corporate Hiring

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assist with designated corporate recruitment tasks within the Arsipa Group.

• Identify appropriate candidate profiles for corporate positions in Finance, M&A, PMI, People, and Product.

• Execute targeted outreach through relevant sourcing channels, with a focus on LinkedIn Recruiter.

• Develop qualified candidate pipelines within the specified project timeline.

• Record pertinent search activities, feedback, and profile details.

• Conduct initial evaluations of proactively sourced and incoming candidate profiles.

• Engage with candidates in a systematic and professional manner.

• Prepare qualified profiles for further coordination with Arsipa.

• Follow up on pending feedback and next steps.

• Independently organize sourcing activities.

• Collaborate on progress updates, pipeline status, and relevant market insights.

• Contribute your unique sourcing methods, market knowledge, and recruiting proficiency.

• Execute the assigned corporate recruiting tasks in a results-driven manner until project completion.

⛳️ Requirements

• Substantial experience in recruiting or active sourcing for corporate, professional, or specialized roles.

• Strong practical experience with targeted direct outreach and candidate acquisition.

• Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, and contemporary recruiting tools.

• Fluent in German.

• Independent, methodical, and dependable working style.

• Experience in recruiting for Finance, M&A, Corporate Development, PMI, People, Product, or similar holding-company functions is advantageous.

• Experience in multi-entity, private equity, or buy-and-build environments is preferred.

• Interim, freelance, or agency recruiting experience is a plus.

• Interest in KPIs, reporting, AI applications, and efficient sourcing methodologies.
