Freelance Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Conduct interviews, evaluate, and refer candidates for positions of any level as required by clients.

• Collaborate closely with clients to grasp current hiring needs and fulfill their expectations.

• Manage the complete recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, testing, and negotiating job offers.

• Design and execute sourcing strategies aimed at attracting top talent.

• Assess candidates by discussing job requirements and qualifications with hiring managers.

• Oversee the interview process to ensure a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

• Build partnerships with universities to facilitate on-site interviews.

• Engage in cold calling and actively recruit seasoned candidates for various roles.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Capacity to build relationships with individuals from diverse backgrounds and cultures.

• Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.

• Strong sense of urgency and the capability to excel in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in proactively sourcing candidates.

• At least 1–2 years of recruiting experience.

• Experience in staffing agency recruitment (preferred).

• Experience in recruitment within the gaming industry (preferred).
