Freelance Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Conduct interviews, assess, and recommend candidates for client roles across all levels of seniority.

• Collaborate with clients to comprehend their current hiring requirements and fulfill their expectations.

• Oversee the complete recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, testing, and negotiating job offers.

• Design and execute sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent.

• Assess candidates by discussing job qualifications and requirements with hiring managers.

• Manage the interview process to ensure a positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

• Foster relationships with universities to facilitate on-site interviews.

• Proactively reach out and recruit experienced candidates through cold calling.

• Experience in proactively sourcing candidates.

• A minimum of 1–2 years of recruitment experience.

• Previous experience in staffing agency recruitment (preferred).

• Experience in recruiting within the gaming industry (preferred).
